Unless stated otherwise, the items we offer are high-quality, professionally refurbished used devices or used original accessories. Every item is individually inspected, cleaned and function-tested by our technicians, accessories in a matching device wherever possible. Wear parts are replaced where necessary, depending on the item e.g. feed and transport rollers, fuser units, drum units, print heads or projector lamps. We of course guarantee that the goods leave our warehouse fully functional. Slight signs of use such as small scratches or discolouration are possible but do not affect functionality. You will receive the item in the condition stated in the item description and with the equipment listed there. Unless stated otherwise, this includes a power cable (IEC cable), if the device requires one, and the installed consumables (toner, ink, ribbon) or the installed projector lamp. No particular fill level or remaining service life is guaranteed unless the item description states otherwise. For accessories, only the accessory itself is supplied.
Not included are manuals, software, drivers, connection cables (USB, network, telephone, HDMI, VGA), paper and other print media, and optional accessories, unless the item description mentions them.
